How do I upload pictures and embed them in a question / answer?
Uploading:
Below the text field, click on "Attachments" and then on "Upload".
If you do nothing now, the picture will be placed as a link to the end of your contribution. The users have to click on the link to see the picture.
It is better to position the cursor at the desired position and then press the "Full Image" button.
This makes, that the image (like the above) is immediately visible in the thread.
