Hi. It's possible to use that sensor as rain detector? Can i put the sensor on the exterior ans use on a Scene to close shutter if rains? the sensor can be used on exterior and be cover by water?

The Flood reacts very poorly to no rainwater. Therefore it is rather not suitable from my point of view.
But you can use the contacts for example with something like this:

connect them, then it should work very well
