Intermittent Scheduling Issue with Shelly Pro 1

    I have programmed a Shelly Pro 1 with very specific schedules: it turns on at 7:10 AM and turns off at 7:00 PM.

    Overall, it works well, but I occasionally experience some irregular issues. Sometimes it does not turn on as expected, and at other times it switches off before the end of the programmed schedule. There are also times when everything works perfectly without any problems.

    I would like to understand the cause of these intermittent malfunctions and find out if there is a way to make its operation more reliable.

  • When the Shelly Pro 1 did switch at the wrong time - did You control the system time at the Shelly Pro 1 Webinterface? Perhaps it lost it's system time for some reason?!?

    Verwendung wenn möglich von Off-Cloud-Geräten wie Shelly (Cover, H&T, ...), NUOS Tasmota, Velux, Nuki, Ecowitt (Weatherstation), aber auch Cloud-Geräten wie Anker Solix (BKW), Husquarna (Rasenmäherroboter) und Roborock (Staubsaugerroboter).
    Alles zentral gesteuert durch Home Assistant.

  • If the switching times via the cloud are sometimes incorrect, it could be due to an internet connection issue or because “something” is interfering with the connection between the Shelly servers and your device.

    It is therefore best to set switching times using local schedules. That way, you won't encounter these kinds of issues.
