Unable to Add Shelly 2 Pro to Cloud

    I’m experiencing an issue with my Shelly 2 Pro and Wi-Fi.

    I had previously added my Shelly 2 Pro to the Cloud, but I removed it and performed a factory reset on the module.

    When I open the Shelly Cloud app, it asks me to add the device, but the addition fails.

    I tried connecting directly to the module via its local URL (192.168.33.1), where I set up the SSID and Wi-Fi password. I can now access the module page at 192.168.1.23 without any problem.

    However, when I try to add it to the Cloud, the app says it cannot find the device.

    Could you please help me resolve this issue?

  • The device might already be integrated into the app on your first attempt. Check under "hidden devices." If not, tap the blue "+" on the dashboard and then "scan network." There, you can enter the IP address to find the device and add it to the app, provided it's already on your Wi-Fi network.

Nur mit App und WebUI mit Cloudverbindung. Sprachsteuerung mit Alexa:) Seit Anfang 2024 ist HomeAssistant mit am Start. Was Shelly Cloud nicht kann, bzw. Lokal gesteuert werden soll, übernimmt da übergeordnete System.
