I’m experiencing an issue with my Shelly 2 Pro and Wi-Fi.
I had previously added my Shelly 2 Pro to the Cloud, but I removed it and performed a factory reset on the module.
When I open the Shelly Cloud app, it asks me to add the device, but the addition fails.
I tried connecting directly to the module via its local URL (192.168.33.1), where I set up the SSID and Wi-Fi password. I can now access the module page at 192.168.1.23 without any problem.
However, when I try to add it to the Cloud, the app says it cannot find the device.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
