    Hello. First post. Novice. Having trouble with initial setup. I have a Shelly 1 Gen 4 receiving power from 24v DC source which is connected to the 12v and L terminals. The red LED doesn't come on and Shelly doesn't show as discoverable. I have confirmed the power source is delivering 24v at the 12v and L terminals. 10 second hold on reset button has no effect. Is the device dead?

    Maximum voltage at the +12V and GND/L pins is about 15V DC - not 24V! Most likely, the device was damaged. Please attach next time 24V DC at Pins N (plus) and L/GND (minus).

    And by the way: Don’t even think about claiming a service file about DoA!
