    Dear Shelly,

    I would like to replace a step-by-step relay (finder step-by-step relay mode. 27.01)

    and the actual wiring in my house is exactly as shown in the attached spec sheet of the relay

    (see "Schema di Collegamento" in the file Sere27_adimpulsi_10A_IT.png), i.e.the button is connected to A2 (input) of the relay and to neutral (N).

    I found in another thread of this forum two possible solutions which are illustrated in the attached files called sol1.png and sol2.png

    What is the most recommended/preferred? I am incline to adopt sol2.png since I do not like the idea to swap L and N, do you agree?

    RE: Shelly 1 - SW using Neutral

    Due to the fact it is a circuit which triggers with buttons there is no issue to replace the ELTAKO with a Shelly device! During the short button pushes only the higher thermal dissipation is present in the Shelly, which is doubtlessly tolerable.
