Mini or 1 Plus powered by 110v but switching 24V AC on the dry contacts and doing it by code

I'm having an issue understanding how can a Shelly Mini or 1 Plus which have dry contacts, can be powered by 110V AC and switch on 24V AC without breaking the NEC code of having class 2 and class 3 wires separated.

I have a Damper that works on 24V AC and wanna be able to open it using a Shelly switch. Since Shellys don't run on 24V AC I was thinking to power it using 110V and do this in a separate junction box. However, this still feels like breaking the NEC code of separating class 2 and class 3 wiring.

The 24V wires are thermostat wires with insulation rated for 150V and the 110V are regular 14 AWG.

funkenwerner Shelly 1 or Shelly 1 Plus can probably both work here. My concern is still the presence of 24V AC wiring next to 110V wiring in the same junction box which I think breaks the NEC code because I cannot provide separating between them.
