Shutter drops after stopping it

Hello,

After installing Shelly Plus 2PM to control roller shutter, whenever I open the shutter to middle position and stop it the shutter stops and then drops a little.

No problem before installing shelly.

2 windows / shutters with same configuration, only one with this problem.

Any idea / solution ?
