Help: No notification from Shelly Plus Smoke on my phone or to email

Hello!

I've bought and succesfully installed Shelly Plus Smoke and it works 100%. Well, almost 100%

I have it mounted in my small studio apartment. If I bake something in the oven and it gets smokey it triggers and starts beeping REALY loud, just as intended!
I get the status change in the Shelly Smart Control for "Smoke" and can mute the alarm via the button on the smoke alarm device and via phone. Everything perfect this far.

I've setup a scene for smoke alarm which triggers on "Smoke On" and it should send a notification to my email (it doesn't) and to my phone/app (it doesn't).I get no notification from the device whatsoever. There are log inputs in the Shelly Smart Control, so the app 100% gets the info, but no messages go out. I've searched other threads here and have found a few unanswered ones from 2023 with the same problem.

I would REALY like to get this working, I've bought Shelly Plus Alarm for the phone notification mainly as if I'm at home there is a big chance of me noticing the smoke anyhow.

What am I doing wrong? What should I check and set to get the notifications working?
