Shelly 3EM giving incorrect power values

    Hi,

    The attached image of the 3EM Main Controls shows phase A delivering 1.71kW, 28.84A @ 233.04V @ PF = 1, The correct power should be 28.84 * 233.04 * 1 = 6.72kW. What is causing the power calculation issue. The unit is monitoring 3 phase plus neutral.

    Most likely the factory calibration was overwritten by a customer calibration with the inclusion of the forth current transformer (neutral). As we can recognise in the screenshot the calibration of the neutral CT is incorrect. And something may happened with the calibration of CT A.

    Reset the calibration to factory level and try at first step without neutral CT if the values are correct. Last step will be the calibration of the neutral CT!

    Did you really reset the CALIBRATION? It’s a sub menu of this:
