Shelly Smart Control support for Dimmer Gen3?

I'm considering getting some Shelly Dimmer Gen3 dimmers (note: not DALI Dimmer Gen3), but I'm curious about the lack of mention of this model in the web pages under "Shelly Gen 3 Devices Smart Control" in the Knowledge Base (https://kb.shelly.cloud/knowledge-base…s-smart-control) and even here in the Shelly Forum.

Is the Shelly Dimmer Gen3 supported in the Smart Control app? Why isn't it listed? Or is it listed somewhere else?

Yes, I found it in the KB, but there is no mention of it under Smart Control. I'd like to control my devices without the cloud (except perhaps for installation), and I assumed the Smart Control app would allow that?
