reset button does not work

    Greetings, my shelly 1 plus device is stuck in some bricked state. It does not connect to wifi, it does not broadcast its own AP and reset button seems that it is not working. Shelly is not in warranty anymore so i opened it and LED on back side of PCB is constantly lit. I consulted documentation about LED blink codes but even reset button (10s press) does not change it.

    Is it somehow damaged or is there something i can do to restore it to working condition?

    Obviously, the CPU of your Shelly plus 1 is faulty. Have a lot of those defective devices (mainly Shelly 1PM), which I use for spare parts.

    Your device was manufactured in May 2022. Shouldn’t it have a two year warranty period?

    Thank you for explanation. I have two such devices, this and one bit older mfg date 20211026. I will contact shop that i bought it from and will see how they respond.
