Question about getting Switching Input (Status) on Shelly from external Panel Meter

I have a panel meter that is connected to a level sensor to display the liquid level and switch certain outputs based on input. The panel meter switches when a predetermined liquid level threshold is reached. I would like Shelly to show the switching status of the panel meter. On the panel meter, terminal 4&5 switches output 1 and terminal 6&7 (output 2). I was wondering how I should wire it to a Shelly (e.g. 1Plus) so it works? One wire on Shelly's S(wiching Input) and the second one on L(ground)? Can the Shelly deal with the current coming from the meter 230V and up to 5A

Yes, this specific panel has two switching points, typically set to a lower (e.g. 10cm) and a higher one (e.g. 20cm).

I would only need one of them, the second would be irrelevant. Basically, I have an area configured from e.g. 10-50cm: 10cm is the lower switching point and 50cm the upper switching point. So, with me, when the liquid lowers itself from e.g. 100cm below 50 it would switch my connected device ON. It remains ON until it reaches the lower switching point, which switches it OFF. However, when the liquid increases again ABOVE 10cm (the lower switching point) it switches ON again and when it further trespasses 50cm it switches off again.

I would only need one of the switching points (the higher one) and it would be great if I could see the status in the Shelly as then it would also get logged which it currently does not. Would this be possible with just one Shelly1 plus, or with another Shelly model? How would that need to be wired if we take terminal 4&5 from the above panel diagram? Does it matter that the panel can switch up to 5 amps, wouldn't kill the Shelly? Would it matter if I am switching already a load with the same Shelly (with some I switch 230V and with others 24V), whereas this input would be 230V, as this panel can only switch 230V?

I do have one more question: as I see that the input lies on the same circuit as L (load of power supply), does the input need to be the same Voltage as the power supply of the Shelly?
Or could I for example power the Shelly with 24VDC but have a switching input of higher voltage (e.g. 230VAC)? Would this harm the device? Also, the other way around, could I power the Shelly with 230VAC but have a lower voltage switching input?
