    I cannot add my shelly 2PM plus device to the cloud. Error "Device owned by another user" is registered. My device is having 12 digits ID. Is there any longid patch firmware for Plus2PM? Thank you.

    No there isn‘t such firmware. Please check if you already added device to your account. Look in hidden devices.

    Please remind if you changed from old app to new app you should use the same credentials.
