    I have one Shelly 1 Plus that is fully updated to 1.2.1, connected to wifi, I can access the web interface, and it's also connected to cloud, but when I go into the Shelly Cloud app it always appears as disconnected, not syncing: Device is offline. How can I troubleshoot this issue? I don't have good access to this specific Shelly because its on top of the roof

    Did you enable the cloud via ‚settings‘ in the WebUI?:

    Yes, I commented that also. It's connected to the cloud with a URL, this is why I cannot understand why it's not syncing
