  • I have 6 DUO GU10 bulbs and I had to return them under warranty 3 times due to the same problem. They suddenly stopped communicating with the cloud, became impossible to access and, even worse, impossible to reset to factory specifications.

    This last point is what I would like to clarify. As per the manual I switch it on and off 5 times. Nothing happened. After some research I saw someone recommending to wait 6 to 10 sec after each switch on and off. Didn.t work either.

    Am I doing something wrong regarding the factory reset?

    If someone can add any idea to this issue it will be much appreciated.

  • Same here. Tried this

    For all Shelly Bulbs since FW 1.14 factory reset is changed like that:
    1. Switch on the devcie.
    2. Wait 6-10 sec
    3. Switch off
    4. Wait 6-10 sec
    5. Repeat 5 times.


    The light blinks a couple of times, but AP is not showing and the Shelly app can't find it.

  • Obviously, the procedure to reset the device is not correct. IMHO this is the valid reset procedure:
