    I was planing to control 2 separate lights with two separate push buttons using Shelly plus 2PM, but I can't find the adequate menu option in the web interface.

    In "switch" profile there is no option to use dual push buttons.

    I can get it to function using "cover" profile, but there is a time limit of maximum 360 seconds and after that the light turns back off.

    Is there any other solution I am not aware of?

    To your issue: due to the fact, you want to control two separate lights with separate buttons, you’ll need to

    (a) use switch mode, not cover mode,

    (b) to set ‘button’ in switch/button type menu, and

    (c) to wire the buttons and lights adequately:
