Hello,

I started my new Shelly Smoke Plus according the manual. Something went wrong. The Firmware Version shows "ERROR". I can´t use it, I can´t make the firmware actualisation. There is a possibility to update the firmware without the Shelly app? Need I send it back?

You can try to start an update via the WebUI. To do this, wake up Plus Smoke and enter the device's IP in the browser.

Unfortunatly I can not access my Shelly Smoke Plus using the IP (I woke up it)

Strange. Correct IP? If access is not possible, perform a hard reset and completely re-integrate.

after many "hard reset" the Firmare is there and I could re-integrate it... Just in Home Assist, it is not visible...
