    My SHPLG-1 has firmware version 20210115-103101/v1.9.4@e2732e05 and that seems to be the latest firmware for that device. Why is that so when the other models are at 1.13?

    Obviously your Shelly has no connection with the internet. Thus, the device isn’t able to determine the actual firmware. Please read the hints for beginners!

    Thanks for the reply. The issue isn't that my Shelly Plug isn't connected to internet. Take a look at https://api.shelly.cloud/files/firmware and you can see that SHPLG-1's latest firmware is 20210115-103101/v1.9.4@e2732e05 while SHPLG-S has a much newer firmware,

    Indeed you’re right! Obviously the Shelly Plug hasn’t get any updates since long time. You should ask the service at Allterco!

    I got an answer from Shelly support:

    The Shelly Plug 1 (SHPLG-1) is a legacy device which is very, very outdated and that's why it's not supported anymore.

    The hardware is very old, and full of limitations compared to our latest products and that's why there are no more Firmware updates.
