Set and retrieve device actions through Cloud Control API?

Is it possible to retrieve and set device actions through the Cloud Control API?

I have a Shelly Dimmer 2, and I'm trying the following but getting a 404 (Requested method was not found) error.

GET https://shelly-XX-eu.shelly.cloud/device/settings/actions?auth_key=<auth_key>&id=<device_id>

I'm sure the device_id is correct - if I call just the settings endpoint, it returns all settings. But the settings/actions endpoint (with the same device_id) gives me a 404.
