App Thermostat feature - increase max temperature above 35c for hot tub

I’m using a Shelly 1PM plus to control the heater on a hot tub.

Using the thermostat function in the app the maximum temperature the thermostat will allow is 35c. This is not hot enough.

How can I adjust the maximum to 40c?
