Little black thingy that came in the box

    Hi,

    When I unpacked the RGBW2 I found a little black unit with four leads. I could not find any mention of it in the manual or the diagram.

    What is it and where should I connect it?

    The black thing is an optocoupler and separates low voltage from mains:
