Did you enable the cloud via the WebUI? This is strictly recommended! To amend this, remove the Shellies from the cloud, enable the cloud access via the WebUI and add them to the cloud.
Yes, they are all cloud enabled from installation.
Now, since I updated the firmware they are all back online.
This is an effective way to make the user keep the firmware up-to-date, haha.
Seriously though, is this a bug or a feature?
