The instructions clearly show a switched Neutral, unless im being completely dumb.

To your issue: Due to the fact, the relay contact in the Shelly switches across terminals L and O of Shelly, neutral is NOT switched in this arrangement. You’ll have to connect the blue wire to the socket at the Wago with the neutral wires (use a 5 pin Wago) and the brown wire to the socket at terminal O of Shelly.
