3em is not showing the Energy

Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue... Please, can someone help?

3 phases of 120V. Clamper A at Phase A, Clamper B at Phase B and Clamper C at Phase C. I have neutral cable, but no neutral clamper to connect to the neutral cable (in the manual it says that neutral is optional).

Please, any advice?
