  • Greetings,

I'm planning to retrofit Shelly 2.5 into my existing roller shutter setup that's currently controlled by Nice Mindy TT1N.

What I'm looking to achieve is to retrofit Shelly 2.5 inline with Nice TT1N wireless controller, allowing me to control the shutters with both the exiting Nice Ergo 6 remote and (new) Home Assistant automation.

I would like to ensure that the wiring diagram for my planned installation shown below doesn't contain any major flaws and it's safe for the existing installation

The reason to keep the existing Nice TT1N wireless module is to allow the kids and guests to control the stutters (since they won't have an easy way to obtain access to HomeAssistant).

Any help and feedback will be much appreciated.

  • Welcome to the forum!

And you did a good job: Nice diagram, solved issue (theoretically)! Now it needs a proof in real life. Give it a try and check it! Don’t see any obstacles…
