    Trying to connect Button1.
    I see the button in de app but it stays: pending connection.

    It is powered but nothing changes.

    I have bought several, so this is a bad start.

    Any suggestions?

    Please update your device to the current firmware version, after that check if you have an 12 character long id or not. You will see it in webUI on Settings > Device Info.

    If the id is only 6 charakters long open in your browser http://<shellyIP>/longifyid

    Your shelly will be reseted and you have to new integrate it to your network but after that cloud should connect
