Shelly Pro 1PM- Switch 2 not working

    Hi,

    I've just installed a Pro 1 PM. There is two switches set up to trigger it, but the second switch is not registering at all. I've tried alternative switches but have the same problem.

    Is there anything to know when configuring the switch (having followed the wiring diagram), or might I have a faulty Shelly?

    Both SW inputs should work in this setup! I assume one input is faulty. Please open a ticket or return the Shelly.

    Addendum: If you should have the chance to measure the voltage between terminal L and SW1 and/or SW2: The voltmeter should read approximately 3V DC (plus at SW). If not, it is quite sure the Shelly is damaged. But if you should measure in both cases the required voltage, another issue could exist.
