reset to switch to AP mode doesn't work

    Hi,

    I'm new to this forum.

    I've purchased 2 Dimmer 2, and trying to setup.

    Both dimmers don't create their own AP with their shellydimmer2-* name when I'm reseting them: place a pulse switch between L and SW1, and within 60 seconds pressing the pulse switch 5 times. The light connected to O is on.

    Any idea how to proceed?

    there's a reset button which can be used alternatetively.. use a toothpick and press it for at least 10 seconds.. device will make a factory reset.

    However, on my dimmers it doesn't look like a hole. but do I just need to push that little u shape of plastic? And does it need to be powered on when reseting? I assume so!

    yes, that should work. and yes, the device needs to be powered on (L+N connected)
