Shelly 2.5 not Working. It turns on, there is power on the outlets

Hi all

I have a Shelly 2.5 which it's connect to power. I can access it via WIFI, I can see at the device info that it is receiving around 110v. If I switch to on SW1 or SW2 (tried both), I can measure that there is 110v at the SW connector. Nevertheless, the lamp doesn't turn on.

Just one more information, the lamp is directly connected to Shelly, there is no mechanical/standard switch in between.

The lamp is connected to the O1 and SW1 or O2 and SW2

If I connect the lamp directly it works flawless

Any ideas ?

Adding more information.

I checked the power at the SW1 and O1. Both are always with load 110v at each.

I tried detached, toggle switch, edge switch and the result is the same all with power. I assume one should be neutral (O1) and the other only on if the web interface says on.

I double check the wiring at the input side, N has no power and L has power.

Really lost here.
