Implement 1PM in a two-way switch circuit

Hi guys,

I’m trying to get my head around this but can’t seem to work it out. Here we go.

How should I wire the 1PM behind on of the two switches in a 2-way switch circuit?

Can you guys help me out? I made a draft of the situation for the switch where I want to implement the 1PM. Connect the wires 😉

With your little sketch, your jumping far too short! You forgot the other side of the two way switch:

If you should find such a constellation in your home, Shelly 1PM has to be installed at the second two way switch:

But pay attention: You need both neutral and live in the box of the second two way switch! If this cannot be achieved, best practice is to change the two switches with push buttons. Have a look in the „lexicon“ - a lot of diagrams are waiting for you attendance…

Thank you very much! I’ll take a look in a few days to see whether there is a N and a L wire. Seen from the outside I give it little chance as it’s only 3 switches next to each other. I’ll report back!

As I found out, no luck on the N. Not available unfortunately.

Another idea, can I place the Shelly in the junction box near the lamp? (I have to check but I assume N is available there). How would the wiring scheme look like?

Same diagram, cause the sketch contains no information about physical layout of wires. Issue will be to find a live wire in the junction box near the lamp…
