No power data flowing in

    Connected my Shelly EM with one 50A Clamp connected to Channel 2, and put that clamp around a power line. The transformer type for channel 2 has been set to 50A.

    Device is on the latest firmware version (v1.11.7).

    I don't see any data flowing in, other than the voltage. Please see below the Web UI of the device, and two photos of the wiring.

    Am I doing something wrong, or have I forgotten something? Or could it be a faulty device?

    The power clamp has to be mounted over one wire of a power cable (typically the live wire), not over a complete cable! If you mount the clamp as shown, coming and going current are balancing each other, giving zero value!

    Yes - but the two wires have to be fed from one phase!
