Hi,

I have a Shelly pro 4pm that reboots roughly once per day (the uptime reported through the API restarts at 0). More than 100 other devices on the same power and WIFI work properly.

Any suggestions on how to fix or debug (other than to replace it) ?

This also applies to the Plus 1PM Mini - same problem with missing timezone.

My Shelly plus 2 PM has no timzone.

I installed a new shelly plus 2 PM and updated firmware to current version (20231219-133951/1.1.0-g34b5d4f). Then I applied a simple schedule to turn on a channel at a time each day. The device did not turn on the channel as expected. I checked that the IOS and web apps showed the schedule correct and experimented with different settings for the schedule but no improvement.

So I checked the time on the device via the local GUI. It was one hour off so I checked the timezone which was set no NULL.

The timezone is normally set automatically.

Then I noticed that europe/stockholm is missing in the timezone dropdown.

Is it possible to use a variable resistor / rotary potentiometer / rotary encoder to dim lights connected to the RGBW2 ?

Hi,

When I unpacked the RGBW2 I found a little black unit with four leads. I could not find any mention of it in the manual or the diagram.

What is it and where should I connect it?
