  • Shelly EM used for Air conditioner engine

    Hello

    i would like to monitor power consumption of my air codintioned.

    I think to use a Shelly EM. But unfotunately to only position that i can use (because i have not enough space inside the box where the on/off switch of system is placed) is on power cord that power external heat pump.

    I would like to use same voltage pins to power the Shelly but it must be installed inside the heat pump that i s outdoor.I read on specifications that Shelly EM could work form 0 to 40 °C...This could also means that in some seasons it doesn't work. Could please somenone help me in right choice?

    Second choice...could it be also usefull to use Shelly PM in stead of mechanical switch?
