okay I will get screenshots, but no settings have been modified also the device was factory reset and the same problem occurred without touching any settings. Also, the device is new from amazon, and when I connect another new shelly plus 1pm to the same load without updating the shelly it works fine. I will also get the firmware version that is causing it to fail. Note: the firmware should be the newest version as the shelly device was updated today.

I just update a shelly plus 1pm and when the load that is connected to the device consumes 2kw shelly automatically shuts off can you help
