Alors, très bien. The schema in #11 should work as well. With this configuration of the stop switches, the full motor current is running through them, so that you need usually more robust switches. In the other version, just the relay driving current (max 100mA) runs through.
+ and - are not really important on the motor and relay side. If motor runs in the wrong direction, just exchange the two motor wires. But for the diodes, it is important, that they are mounted in reverse direction, the marking shows towards +. An explanation can be found in Wikipedia, keyword flyback diode.
