i dont have access to the firewall that handles DHCP so i dont know exactly. Might be that the DNS server that it gives (ISP ones) suck. I use 1.1.1.1 on my pc instead of the ISP ones. I also configured 1.1.1.1 for the plug now

Ok...so i found annother tip from the internet. I connected the plug to my mobile hotspot. Also did that with my PC opened up the web UI and now i could update the plug. All Green now

But after i connected back to my Wifi the cloud connection was still down. So now i entered the network settings manually and it connected to the cloud aswell.

Also you can skip the mobile hotspot part. Just fix the IP settings manually and connection should be good. (if you have the same issue as i did. Probably bad ISP DNS settings)

But it seems like this is an old version of firmware ?

Same issue here. Also tried the manual update and no luck there. Also tried what devil suggested but that didn't work aswell.

Update link looks like it works since i can see it triggering the LED's but opening http://<ip>/longifyid gives me a "not found" page. So i did a manual factory reset with the long button press but after that all is the same as before. Firmware is the same and update also fails from the app (stuck in endless updating status)
