Thanks, the device is properly calibrated and operates with no issue in edge mode (well aside that I am unable to dim from switch in that mode). In single button more, it seems there is actually the following sequence, starting from the OFF status.

Short press 1: nothing happens, light stays off

Short press 2: dim up, to full brightness

Short press 3: nothing happens, light still on

Short press 4: dim down, until fully off

Then the cycle repeats itself, so I am really puzzled.

Just wired my first shelly dimmer 2, with neutral, controlled by a single push button switch. I am having the following issue:

- When configured in the default one-button mode, I can dim from the wall switch and double press to turn on at 100% brightness as expected. However, I cannot turn the light off from the switch.

- When configured in edge mode, on/off behaviour works as expected. However, I lose the ability to dim from the wall switch.

Everything works as expected when controlling through the shelly app / UI.

Can you please help me out? Is the dimmer faulty?
