My Shelly Pro 1 and Shelly Pro 1PM now works fine. Thank you very much thgoebel for patience and help.

I have now bought several other shelly units and here is what I experienced:

Adding device worked best with ipad/iphone, not on adroid.

Thereafter setting fixed ip, best on the computer (troubling on ipad/iphone and android)

Rest of the setting I liked to do on the computer.

One simple question remains from me, how to get rid of asking for Groups and Scenes. It take place on the screen (ipad and adroid).

Something changed over night. Both shelly pro 1 and pro 1pm seem to be working all right in webgui. I can't operate pro 1pm with the cloud app, but pro 1 looks OK. On / off in webgui show the same in the app for pro 1pm (and vice versa), but on / off for Pro 1 does not work, only in webgui.

I also see that pro 1pm has an extra ip number in Device information in the app (this Device information cannot be found in webgui). That ip number is the same as Fing finds for the pro 1pm access point. Correspondingly for pro 1 is "Null" even if pro 1 is set to AP. Strange.

My main problem is getting the app to work correctly for the Shelly pro 1, especially the on/off.

I struggle a lot with setting fixed ip. In the app I ended with endless rebooting. Then I tried webgui and it was better after a reset on the unit it self. (found the ip with the app Fing). Now the ip is fixed.

But the setting is now different from webgui and in the app. Because I can't change the ip in the app, the app is useless. (IP 192.168.1.71 in webgui, 192.168.1.252 in the app. The ip-app Fing give me now 192.168.1.71+1 and ip 192.168.1.252.

Howto fix the unit in the shelly app?

Some investigation in the web showed that the Norway three phase 230V grid is a „delta“ type, of which one leg is grounded. Thus, three wires should come to the mains box: 2 phases with 230V to ground and one ground wire. The latter can be considered as neutral. The other two phases are considered as live wires. Thus, the diagram in post #13 fits with your needs. "In different parts of Norway you have 3x230V grid without Neutral, then you are out of luck... "

and this

"Norway and Belgium sometimes have 3-phase grid without Neutral then the example schematics does not apply. Then I understand why your electrician is puzzled by the schematics..."

I have today ordered shelly 1pm, shelly 1/1PM temperature addon and 3 shelly DS18B20 and wait with the electrician until they arrive.

Hi thgoebel, I need more help.

Still struggling. My Shelly Pro 1 in front of Shelly Pro 1PM handles 3-phase (for water pump), but Pro 1PM (for heat pump) should handle 1-phase and measure consumption.

Right now after installation I find that Pro 1 works OK, but Pro 1PM only shows 1.4w. However, it appears that the Pro 1PM must be on for the heat pump to get power. I believe that only one of the 3 phases is passed through Pro 1PM.

My electrician is also stuck.

Does there have to be an extra contactor or similar that brings together two of the phases from the 3-phase for this to work?

These are my picks for Shelly Pro 1 and Shelly Pro 1PM respectively. The options for Pro 1 seem to work, but according to the shedule, Pro 1PM was supposed to turn off at 03:55 but it didn't.

I struggle at lot with Input/Output settings on both these units.

The Pro 1 is used to schedule a pool pump (some hours day and night) and the Pro 1PM is used to schedule a heat pump (shorter time than the pool pump). The Pro 1 is in front of the Pro 1PM.

What should be the best configuration

Switch or button? and

what relay type? and which choice from

relay power on default?

In addition I like to override the shedule with on/off on the shelly app.

May be extra difficult because the Shelly Pro 1 handle 3-fase to the water pump and the Shelly Pro 1PM handle 1-fase power to the heat pump.

I think we copied / wired from this picture. But the consumption is not shown (on the Shelly app) and I think the load goes beyond the Shelly Pro 1PM. I had a Deltaco contact after the Shelly and it occasionally showed approx. 180 volts. What is wrong?

If a complete scheme is needed, I hope to get it from the electrician next week.

The heat pump has been running most of this evening, but no change showing in the app. (1.4 w.). Possible 7-8 kwh used.

The 1.4w came during the first minutes after start.

Thank you very much, again.

But the unit (Shelly Pro 1PM) show 1,4 w comsumption which might be what the unit it self use. I need to see the total use in kwh - from my swimming pool heat pump, which is the only connection from the unit.

Fixed! I have Shelly app on my huawei mobil - Shelly app, but is there a shelly cloud app for windows? Where to find?

I found the Shelly Pro 1 via ip (on lan), but looking into the settings the ip is "Null". Trying to set fixed ip I got the answer "Not a valid netmask format".

Up and go, but the power comsumption don't work. What can be wrong? Se picture.

But I can't find where it should be done - in the menu.

My electrician and I wonder if we have to use the sw1 when the Shelly pro 1 only will be used to pwer on and off? As in the connection diagram for Shelly Pro 1PM "Device control and monitoring".

And another qestion, can the reset button be used to power on off manually?
