Okay, it works finally! The problem was that the Shelly was connected to my laptop per ethernet cable, and then at the same time I connected it to WiFi.
When I turned off the ethernet connection and connected again to WiFi it got the right time.

So my problem is solved. Thanks a lot for the help

Hi @66er, is this the correct process of setting the time on Shelly PRO 4PM?
Those are the steps which I have done:

1) Connected Shelly to WiFi
2) Called the Sys.SetConfig method where I provided the {"sntp": { "server": "time.google.com"}}
3) The response has status 200 and content "restart_required": "false"

This is the correct way to set time, or?


Also one more thing, I called the Shelly.CheckUpdate method and I got empty JSON object back.
Is this expected response, or is there maybe problem with my internet connection, or some other problem?

I have connected now the device to WiFi and it has internet access. I set again the tz and sntp parameters, and the time is still wrong.

The time on the device is off approximately 8 hours. So I tried setting the timezone (tz parameter) and also setting the sntp server. Nothing has worked so far.

Also, the device itself is connected to my laptop per ethernet cable.

There is time on device, but it is wrong. Any idea on how to set it to my local time?

I have the problem that I can not set the time on the device. I have set the timezone (tz) parameter to my location and I have also set the sntp server to time.google.com.

However, the time is incorrect on device.
Does anybody have any suggestion or way to solve this? Any help would be appreciated.
