does anyone know where I can find a description of the logs written into the events log?

I am looking at the (onboard event logs) downloaded event logs which looks like:

11992087998 mgos_http_server.c:180 0x3fff2054 HTTP connection from 192.168.10.51:63680

11992112017 json.c:426 RAM: 50456 total, 36516 free

1. what kind of timestamp is it using? 11992112017 is not epoch or any other format I know
2. these are the only messages I get, is is possible to see also the on-off messages?

I tried finding a document describing the event log and its configuration and could not find one
would be thankful if someone can point me to the right place or help me answer these questions
