Nothing but trouble here too. With difficulty and inconsistent responses, I finally got 2 sensors (DW2) on the App. At first, they noted open and close and all their configuration options. But, after a day, they've gone to sleep and show as OFFLINE. I press a button and get a red light but the app still shows offline. Not sure where to go from here.
(update) - As noted above, with much difficulty and a few weeks later it seems my D/W 2 sensors are operating as expected. I do not know why.
