    Hi,

    That reset with the u-shaped lever worked, but a few notes here:

    - N needs to be connected as well (though some remarks says it optional)

    - when including in the App, make sure that you switch off your VPN!

    Many thanks for your quick response.

    However, on my dimmers it doesn't look like a hole. but do I just need to push that little u shape of plastic? And does it need to be powered on when reseting? I assume so!

    Hi,

    I'm new to this forum.

    I've purchased 2 Dimmer 2, and trying to setup.

    Both dimmers don't create their own AP with their shellydimmer2-* name when I'm reseting them: place a pulse switch between L and SW1, and within 60 seconds pressing the pulse switch 5 times. The light connected to O is on.

    Any idea how to proceed?
