A (not for me) understandable update: now the wall switches are working, but just from 0 to 100 and from 100 to 0...
I mean that I cannot stop the shutter in an in-between position...
It's a major update, and I think that I can live with it, but perfection would be that if I "un-push" the wall switch, the shutter should stop...
The real problem is that it's just beginning to work, but I don't know why.
From a google search I'd assume those are momentary buttons, not switches.
For momentary buttons the proper button type is "toggle"

Have you configured your shelly to user the roller shutter mode? Have you configured to use the switch inputs as valid controls for the shelly switch states?
Can you provide a ciruit diagram how you connected your switch - maybe together with a photo from the actual installation?

yes, I've configured it in the shutter mode, and I've used the attached circuit diagram.
ASAP I will take a picture of the actual installation
I've several roller shutters, and my plan is to enhance all with a dedicated Shelly 2.5, but after the first installation, the physical switches just don't work anymore. 
So I stopped until I found a solution...
The switches are from the Italian brand BTicino, model L4037 (interlocked switch), and, before the Shelly installation, work just fine.
Someone can explain to me if and what can I do?
