Very hard to find the correct plug these days when everything is closed. In the end i found a curly cable that connects the desk phone to the receiver. The plugs match perfectly and the middle 2 wires do the job

Update: the phone cable i found in my toolbox does not fit. Plugs are too big 
Need to go to a shop and hunt down a cable with the right plug. Will come back ! going to the shop now

Sorry for writing in English but i do not know German.
I have the exact same model of door opener, the Normstahl Ultra Excellent.
I bought a Shelly 1 plus, powered it from 230, disconected the relay in the app so i have now a potential free relay.
My problem is that i do not know where to connect the wires from the shelly free relay to the motor.
I do not have an external button. I've spend 2 good hours looking inside the case of the motor, and outside at the A terminals. I just need the impulse, not the partial opening. I think that is the A1 connection. Which of the four wires inside the A1 plug i need to connect to the Shelly 1 Plus Relay ?
A handset telephone cable would fit in the A1 plug ?

Connect VA to one phase, then put clamp A over the main wire. Same with VB and VC. At least this is what i understand from the manual .. I tried to power all 3 VA, VB and VC from the same phase and put the clamps over the 3 phases... didnt work. Tomorrow i will try like i described
joeli Is it correct to power VA from one phase but put the clamp over the main wire at the breaker going into the house for the same phase ? - reason i ask is that i do not want to pass all the current of that phase through the shelly.
ahhh i see now what you are saying i completly missread the manual. So i will power VA/VB/VC from the 3 different phases and report back Thank you !!!
Thank you for answering but why does the manual offers this connection method? to bridge VA,VB and VC together and monitor all 3 phases. I understand in this case i should get the same voltage readings of course.

I am so glad i found you all hopefully someone can point me in the right direction as i am getting very frustrated with my Shelly 3EM.
So i have installed one Shelly 3EM at the fuse box where power lines come into my yard. I have installed it as per the manual ( I think ...) following this drawing : - so i connected VA,VB and VC together and then to the phase B. N is connected to neutral, rest of the ports are free.
The clamps i installed them on the 3 phases also as specified in the manual:
even thou i find it weird to be this way. (i would think it should be reversed)..
I do not have any solar pannels, nothing that can produce energy.
My Shelly readings:
I have tried to put the clamps in the other direction, still no luck.
Any ideeas please ?
