I removed the 0.2s timer to turn off after turning on the Shelly 1, and rebooted it, but its still not showing any Event Log data. Any other sugestions ?

Can the 4Pro be setup either with stock firmware or custom firmware to be controlled and interfaced by the Samsung Smartthings Hub where I have all my other smart home controls ?

Where a Shelly 4 is being Pre-configured before instalation and has No Load connections on L1, L2, L3, L4, Where should I connect Live to set up the device ?
