The motor still works. The remote control still works and it goes up and down.
Any suggestion on how to automate, without the Nice controller

Hi,
I recently both a shelly 2.5 for automate my roller shutter.
I want to connect it to a Nice Era Plus motor, but it seems not to work. I hear the Shelly 'clicking' when pushing the down/up/pause button in the app, but nothing happens.
What can be the problem?
