thanks for the help but i could not find any good answer.
The em3 is connected to the wifi network because the shelly cloud app has had it connected to the wifi network. But it does not send any data while the app says it can not connect to it.
I have already installed a good number of shellys in peoples houses and always been able to solve any (not that many) issues.

i have a shelly em3 that has been inserted in the wifi network but after the cinfirmation of its insertion on the network it does not appear.
If i make a search for installed devices, shelly cloud finds it but then replys it can not connect to it.
What can i do?
