I talk with somebody today on the support line and he promised a description for making short id to long. I wait for that and try again then.

Nope, there's nothing there.
I tried them again but nothing worked. Again: connected to the network, the router assign IP address to them, has access through web browser with IP, same result from other phone too.

I have some Shelly 1 units but I cannot connect them through android app. The network registered them (I can see them connected, with assigned IP address, can access their settings via browser) but cannot see them in the application. Is there anyone I can talk to? If yes, please contact me!
