Thanks Olsche, but unfortunately this didn't help. I see many people on the shelly support pages on Facebook with the same problem as me. Unfortunately I don't see any solution.
Would it help if I sent my device IDs to the Shelly to have them check them in the cloud, in case something there is 'blocked'?
I really need to get this fixed, as having them without alarm / notification is not helpful for me.
Thanks for your support so far.

Thanks for the reply. I should have maybe written a little more. I left the flood in a saucer of water for about 15 minutes. It beeped, but no alarm and no scene triggered. I think I have the scene set up correctly (it's quite straigthforward... in theory). I even tested entering an 'IFTTT' webhook that generates an alert visa IFTTT... even this doesn't get triggered.
I've been through the settings over and over, done a couple of factory resets, but just can't get it to alarm. In the app / my-shelly I see the status turns to 'yes' (as in 'water? yes').
I believe my email is correct, and I have notifications enabled in the app.
Not sure where else to look.

Hi all,
I integrated 2 Shelly Flood sensors into the Shelly app, and updated to the newest firmware - all fine.
When I place the sensor(s) in a small pool of water, it immediately beeps. But that's it. no notification, app still shows 'dry' icon.
Notifications are allowed on my phone from the Shelly app.
I set up a scene (if flood detected - notify phone and send an email notification). Nothing. I assume the blue circle around the standby icon in the scene means it's enabled (tip - maybe green would be a better colour?)
Has anybody any idea how I get an immediate alert on my phone when a flood is detected?
Thanks a lot,
Bob
